The fall is a critical time for students attending college for the first time. Students are on their own for the first time and in positions where their decisions will have a lasting impact. One of the more important decisions they will make are the relationships they begin. These relationships can establish someone in their walk with God or, just as easily, impede and erode a student’s relationship with Him. At the beginning of every semester we strive to connect Nav students with these new freshmen in order to offer them the opportunity to connect with men and women who love Jesus and have committed to know Him and make Him known. It was not until I connected with similar people in college that I truly began to follow God. Pictured above are some of our students volunteering at the Annual Student Involvement Fair in order to meet incoming freshmen. For most freshmen this is their first encounter with our organization. Through the fair we meet a large amount of students who become involved in our ministry. I am very proud of our students and their tireless efforts to reach the lost. Pictured below is Kayla playing with college students. Please pray that our students will continue to know Christ and make Him known and help others do the same.
